Major shareholder announcement - ATP and ATP Invest
On 24 November Carlsberg was informed that ATP and ATP Invest have increased
their holdings of Carlsberg shares to 7,714,774 shares.
Following this ATP and ATP Invest hold 5.06% of the share capital and 1.69% of
the voting rights in Carlsberg A/S.
