Ossur hf. has made an agreement with New Kaupthing bank to extend the bridge loan facility, entered into in relation to the Gibaud acquisition in 2006. The bridge loan facility has been extended to 30 June 2009. The remainder of the bridge loan amounts to USD 48.8 million (EUR 37.9 million).
