Component Changes Made to Dow Jones STOXX Private Equity 20 Index

Changes are the Result of Regular Quarterly Review


ZURICH, Switzerland, Dec. 5, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STOXX Ltd., the leading provider of European equity indexes, today announced the results of the regular quarterly review of the Dow Jones STOXX Private Equity 20 Index.

The changes will be effective as of the open of trading on Monday, December 22, 2008.

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (Germany, Financial Services, DBA.XE) will be added to the Dow Jones STOXX Private Equity 20 Index. The company exiting the index is Arques Industries (Germany, Financial Services, AQU.XE).

As of December 4, the total free-float market capitalization of the Dow Jones STOXX Private Equity 20 Index increased to 10.03 billion euros from 9.96 billion euros.
