Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
Petrotec S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxemburg, has informed us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG
on December 4, 2008 fell below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10
%, 5 % and 3 % and on that day came to 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights).
WP IX LuxCo I S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxemburg, has informed us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG
on December 4, 2008 fell below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10
%, 5 % and 3 % and on that day came to 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights). This
figure of 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights) shall be attributed to WP IX LuxCo
I S.à r.l. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed
voting rights are held via the following companies that it controls, whose
share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG in each case is 3 % or more:

WP IX International Holdings LLC, New York, USA, has informed us pursuant
to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec
AG on December 4, 2008 fell below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %,
10 %, 5 % and 3 % and on that day came to 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights).
This figure of 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights) shall be attributed to WP IX
International Holdings LLC pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that it
controls, whose share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG in each case is 3
% or more: Petrotec S.à r.l., WP IX LuxCo I S.à r.l.
Warburg Pincus Private Equity IX L.P., New York, USA, has informed us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
Petrotec AG on December 4, 2008 fell below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20
%, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and on that day came to 3.97 % (417,299 voting
rights). This figure of 3.97 % (417,299 voting rights) shall be attributed
to Warburg Pincus Private Equity IX L.P. pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held via the following
companies that it controls, whose share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG
in each case is 3 % or more: Petrotec S.à r.l., WP IX LuxCo I S.à r.l., WP
