PSI Group ASA has on the December 12, 2008 acquired 16.723 shares at an average price of NOK 9,97 per share. The shares were purchased in accordance with a resolution by the Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2008. New holding after the transaction is 1.197.927 shares, 5,40% of the outstanding shares.
