ON CHANGE IN HOLDINGS
As a result from Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift B.V.'s announcement today that
it will complete the public tender offer to purchase all of the issued and
outstanding shares and option rights in Rocla Oyj, Rocla Oyj has received today
a notification referred to in chapter 2, section 9 of the securities market act
concerning the shares of Rocla Oyj.

ACT ON CHANGE IN HOLDINGS
The share of Etra-Invest Oy of Rocla Oyj's voting rights and share capital has
fallen below 5% as a result from a transaction that took place on Dec 17, 2008.
In this transaction Etra-Invest Oy has sold all the shares of Rocla Oyj in its
possession.
Before the transaction, Etra Invest Oy held a total of 1,000,000 shares in
Rocla, representing 23.45% of all the shares in Rocla.
In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, we hereby
notify the Financial Supervision Authority and Rocla about the following:
