Moody’s Investors Service informed us today that it has downgraded to Ba1
from Baa3 the senior unsecured long term ratings and to No Prime from
Prime-3 the short term ratings of Continental AG and its subsidiaries. At
the same time Moody’s assigned a Ba1 Corporate Family Rating. This
concludes according to Moody’s the review of the grading for Continental.
The outlook on the ratings is negative.
