AIIM International Exposition + Conference Announces Dynamic Keynote Speakers and General Sessions

NEWTON, MA--(Marketwire - December 19, 2008) - AIIM International Exposition + Conference -- the world's largest content and information management event -- is pleased to announce this year's extraordinary lineup of Keynote Speakers.

The conference program kicks off on Tuesday, March 31st at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia with a keynote presentation by John Stenbit, Former CIO from the United States Department of Defense. Stenbit will discuss "The Information Explosion and How to Deal With It," where he will examine technological shortcomings and his vision of the advances needed to take the industry to the next level of information utility.

Following Stenbit's presentation will be a CIO Panel moderated by a senior executive from Oracle. This group of esteemed CIOs and IT executives will discuss how they're keeping their ECM projects on track, and how they're using content and information technologies to counteract the impacts of the economic downturn. Panelists will include Mike McKuras, CIO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota; James Whitlock, Lt. Col., U.S. Air Force Medical; Juan Jose Goldschtein, CIO, Organization of American States; and Jeffery Nohner, VP, Customer Services, Wells Fargo.

At 9:45 am John Mancini, President of AIIM - the ECM Association, will deliver his "Annual State of the Industry Address" examining how and why document, content, and records technologies are moving into the mainstream. Mancini will also assess the new collaborative tools that empower employees to create, publish and disseminate information as never before.

Following Lippman's keynote, Whitney M. Tidmarsh, Chief Marketing Officer, Content Management & Archiving for EMC will present "The CIO's Perspective: Providing Business Insight and ROI in a Challenged Economy." Attendees will participate in an interactive discussion with IT experts and learn how to identify and evaluate the tools that will provide the greatest and most immediate ROI.

At 9:30 am on Wednesday morning, Kurt Delbene, Vice President, Office Business Platform Group for Microsoft will present "Do More With Less: Using Technology to Compete and Win in a Tough Economy." Delbene will inspire conference attendees with new ways to do more than just weather the economic storm, including ideas to help them secure a competitive edge and win market share.

The final general session will be held on Thursday, April 2 at 9:30 am and will be presented by Rishi Chandra of Google Enterprise, who will discuss "Collaboration in the 21st Century."
