22 December 2008 - Martinus Brandal, Chairman of the board of Aker Solutions ASA, has on 22 December 2008 transferred 7 500 shares in Aker Solutions ASA to his wholly owned company Polarsel AS. The transfer has been done at a share price of NOK 39.25. Polarsel AS' new shareholding is 7 500 shares, equal to the total number of shares controlled by Martinus Brandal in Aker Solutions ASA.
