TEO LT, AB will acquire UAB Verslo Investicijos

On 19 December 2008 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) signed an
agreement on acquisition of 100 percent shares of a newly established and
dormant company UAB Verslo Investicijos from UAB Management and Accounting
Services. 

The company Verslo Investicijos will be acquired for the short-term investment
project implementation.
