Following the Share Buy Back program as announced on 30 September 2008 BinckBank announces that it has bought 43,723 shares at an average purchase price of € 5.4210 during the period 22 December 2008 up to and including 24 December 2008. The definite price will be calculated on a monthly basis and can as such deviate from the average weekly price.
