Notification on APB Apranga manager's related party transactions

APB Apranga has received notification from board member Raimondas Kurlianskis
on the transactions in issuer's securities of closely related party legal
entity UAB MG Baltic Investment (see attachment). 
Transactions were concluded in March 2008 but they were not reported by
separate announcement.
