Equities: Scania AB ser. A and ser. B to the observation segment (2/09)

On Monday, January 5th, 2008, Porsche Automobil Holding SE published a press release stating the company’s intention to place a bid on Scania AB. 

The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company. 
	
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Scania AB ser. A (ISIN code SE00000308272 and order book ID 260) and Scania AB ser. B (ISIN code SE0000308280 and order book ID 261) will be placed on the observation segment.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Thursday, January 8th 2009.
