Pursuant to Chapter 2 Section 10 of the Securities Market Act, Marimekko
Corporation (business identity code 0111316-2) hereby announces that it has been
informed that the holding of Workidea Oy (business identity code 0790728-9), a
company controlled by Mrs Kirsti Paakkanen, has fallen below 1/10 of the share
capital and the voting rights of Marimekko Corporation, i.e. decreased to 0.00%
as a result of transaction concluded today.
According to the disclosure, Workidea Oy´s share of Marimekko Corporation´s
share capital and voting rights after the transaction is the following:
