Selskabet af 1. september 2008 - Prolongation of the suspension of payments

In my capacity as appointed supervisor of the Company, I can inform you that on
29 December 2008 the board of directors of the Company filed a request for
prolongation of the suspension of payments period by another three months in
accordance with the provisions of section 16e(2) of the Danish Bankruptcy Act.
By letter dated 29 December 2008, the Bankruptcy Court granted such
prolongation to the effect that the suspension of payments period will now
expire on 6 April 2009.
