Schiller International University Appoints William Kline as Chief Financial Officer
Veteran Executive Joins Leading American-Based Global Education System to Drive Next Phase of Growth

LARGO, FL--(Marketwire - January 13, 2009) - Schiller International University, a leading
American-based global education
system with seven campuses worldwide, today appointed William (Bill)
Kline as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kline is a veteran financial
executive, experienced in large multinational organizations as well as
rapidly growing companies in the development stage.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kline is responsible for managing all financial
affairs of Schiller International University, with particular focus on the
areas of capital and budgetary planning, coordination of international
treasury management, investor relations, and internal control across
Schiller's network of international campuses.

Kline's background includes more than 35 years of experience in financial
accounting and controls, corporate management and development, overseas
operations, investor relations and planning. Prior to joining the Schiller
International team, Kline served as CFO at Bioheart, Inc., a life sciences,
cell-based therapy company which he led through an initial public offering.
From 1999 to 2006, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at
Wildcard Systems, Inc., a high-tech start up company that grew from 35 to
over 600 employees before it was acquired by eFunds Corporation in 2005.
From 1979-1999, Kline was an audit partner with KPMG, a global professional
services firm providing audit, tax and advisory services. He worked in
offices throughout the United States and served as managing partner of
KPMG's Budapest office, working with clients such as GE and Pepsi as well
as many of the firm's Austrian and Hungarian clients.
