TRANSCOM APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Transcom WorldWide S.A., the global outsourced services company, today announces
that Keith Russell, President and Chief Executive Officer, will leave the
Company and will be replaced by Pablo Sanchez-Lozano as the next President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Sanchez-Lozano was previously a senior executive at Hewlett Packard
Corporation, where he has worked for 17 years.  Most recently, Mr.
Sanchez-Lozano was Senior Vice President of HP's Services Business in EMEA and
previously led HP's Outsourcing Business globally from the company's
headquarters in Palo Alto, California.  Mr. Sanchez-Lozano will take up his
position with Transcom on the 26th of January 2009.
