according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005488795,
WKN: 548879, have fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20% and 15% limit of the
Voting Rights on October 31, 2008  and now amount to 13.92% (this
corresponds to 946519 Voting Rights).
