CENCORP WILL POSTPONE THE PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS BULLETIN 2008 TO  
BE HAPPEN ON 6.2.2009                                                           

Cencorp has informed that its financial statements bulletin 2008 will be        
published on January 22, 2009. Cencorp has informed on November 28, 2008 that it
will be a part of the conditional acquisitions. Negotiations related to         
conditional acquisitions have taken more time than estimated.                   

The implementation of this acquisition will have significant impact on the      
financial statements 2008 and therefore Cencorp has decided to postpone the     
publication of its financial statements bulletin 2008 to be happen on February  
6, 2009.
