ISQED'09 to Highlight One Decade of Progress and Upcoming Trends in Electronic Design for Manufacturing & Quality

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - January 22, 2009) - The upcoming ISQED'09 conference will feature keynote speeches by industry leaders, 23 technical sessions with near 150 papers in three parallel tracks, panel discussions, tutorials and vendor exhibits.
