CEO Mike Neal was elected to the American Meat Institute (AMI) board of
directors. Mr. Neal will serve a three-year term and will work with other
board members to represent the industry and advocate its views, be a
catalyst for continuous improvement, and enhance the membership's ability
to anticipate and respond to the needs of customers and suppliers.
"Mike Neal's experience and insight will be a strong addition to the AMI
board," said J. Patrick Boyle, president and CEO of AMI. "Now more than
ever, our members in leadership roles will be called upon to take decisive
action on issues of critical importance to the meat industry. For these

new strategies to move the industry forward and AMI serves as an
instrumental force in that effort."
SignalDemand was recently recognized as a Rising Star in Deloitte's
Technology Fast 50 program for Silicon Valley. The company was named a

AMI represents the interests of packers and processors of beef, pork, lamb,
veal and turkey products and their suppliers throughout North America.
Together, AMI's members produce 95 percent of the beef, pork, lamb and veal
products and 70 percent of the turkey products in the United States. The
Institute provides legislative, regulatory, public relations, technical,
scientific and educational services to the meat and poultry packing and

of directors and an executive committee. Representatives on both of these
