Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 22, 2009 , Mr Rüdiger Sälzle, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on IPG Investment Partners Group Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, München,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005050306, WKN: 505030, have exceeded the 15%, 20%
and 25% limit of the Voting Rights on January 22, 2009  and now amount to
28.40% (this corresponds to 1124500 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 28.40%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1124500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Sälzle  from FondsConsult Holding GmbH, München.
