HiQ signs new framework agreement with Danish SKI

HiQ has been selected by Danish SKI (Statens og Kommunernes Indkøbs Service) as
one of the IT consulting services suppliers to receive a framework agreement in
2009 (SKI 02.15). The framework agreements are worth a total DKK 1.4 billion
annually and allow the Danish public sector to quickly and cost effectively
purchase various types of IT services. HiQ has already been selected as a
supplier under SKI 02.18, a framework agreement covering the development of IT
systems, IT projects and support.

“We have for the first time been selected as a supplier of SKI and this opens up
many new opportunities for us at HiQ. The Danish Government has a clear vision
for its public sector IT strategy - a strategy that covers both digitalisation
of the public sector and putting Denmark on the green IT map,” says Lise
Jonasen, Managing Director of HiQ in Denmark.

“For us framework agreements are an important recognition and proof of our
strength in the public sector in the Nordic region. We are continuing to build
up a strong offering for our current clients and new ones in this segment and I
look forward to new business in 2009,” says Lars Stugemo, CEO of HiQ.

The SKI 02.15 framework agreement covers IT consulting services and HiQ is
qualified to deliver services within 20 of the 21 areas contained in the
agreement. The SK 02.18 agreement encompasses all types of IT projects and HiQ
is qualified to deliver IT services within: Healthcare, Finance, Property,
Transportation and Infrastructure, Management, IT Architecture, IT Security and
IT Infrastructure.
