Big Four Accounting Firm Implements EMS Workplace Facility Scheduling and Office Hoteling Software

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - January 28, 2009) - Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. has announced the successful implementation of their EMS Workplace™ facility scheduling and resource management software by one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. The system is now being used to manage the meetings, events and shared workspaces in more than 26,000 rooms in 105 buildings.

Six hundred people will be using the system on a regular basis to coordinate meetings and events, print reports, etc., but all of the company's nearly 30,000 employees will have access to scheduling data through Virtual EMS, the system's web interface.
