Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 26, 2009 , Manfred Swarovski Privatstiftung, 6112 Wattens,
Österreich has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on M.Tech Technologie und Beteiligungs
AG, Unterensingen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007236309, WKN: 723630, have
exceeded the 75% limit of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2007  and now
amount to 80.29% (this corresponds to 7097290 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 80.29%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7097290 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Swarco Holding AG via Swarco Europe GmbH.
