According to the clause 3.5.4.5 of the chapter Supervision of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Rules, one of the grounds for adding the watch notation is the filing of an application to delist the issuer's securities. On January 22, 2009, AS Starman filed an application to delist AS Starman shares. Based on this information, the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to add a watch notation to the shares of AS Starman starting today, January 28, 2009, based on article 3.5.4.5 of the chapter Supervision of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Rules.
