Breslin, Dennis Chookaszian, Michael J. Conroy and John E. Skvarla, III have been selected to establish the G4S Compliance & Investigations external board. The five leaders form a team of elite business experts offering informative and strategic guidance to G4S Compliance & Investigations' global leadership in the marketplace.

Over the past 35 years, Michael Conroy has held numerous senior and executive level positions including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of worldwide claims for Chubb and Son, Inc. In 1989, he transitioned into loss control, government and industry affairs and information systems for the Home Insurance Company based out of New York, NY. In 1995, Conroy joined St. Paul Companies, now a part of St. Paul Travelers Cos., as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative, Claim and Privacy Officer. Dennis Chookaszian is the former Chairman and CEO of CNA Financial Corporation's Executive Committee and the current director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the world's largest derivatives exchange. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and teaches courses in Corporate Governance. Dennis is currently the chairman of FASAC (Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council) which provides guidance to the FASB (Financial Accounting Standards Board) on accounting matters.
John Skvarla is a long-term member of the G4S Advisory Board, joining in the first year, 1999. His vast experience in business leadership is an important part of G4S' success. John is a well-known entrepreneur having founded several large companies including: Pro Active Therapy, Inc., The Aviation Group, Inc. and Skvarla, Wyrick and Robbins law firm which currently operates as Wyrick, Robbins, Yates and Ponton with 75 attorneys. Skvarla currently serves as President of Restoration Systems, LLC, an environmental mitigation company based in Raleigh, N.C., working to improve the quality and process of environmental restoration.

Lee Bennett is the former Executive Vice President and Global Head of Claims for XL Capital's Insurance Division where he was responsible for the integration and management of XL Insurance Claims worldwide. Prior to joining XL, Lee served as Senior Vice President and Claims General Counsel for the St. Paul Companies as well as spending a number of years as a Vice President with Aetna Life & Casualty. Lee is a licensed attorney and continues to practice as a private attorney and advisor.
Bill Breslin served as Senior Vice President for USAA, responsible for leading and managing the Operations and Claims services area where he realized superior results in expense and loss control, service, employee development and technology. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Claims and Service for GE Financial Assurance and spent 22 years with Prudential. Bill is currently the Chief Operating Officer for TriServ Alliance, LLC.
