according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on H&R WASAG AG, Salzbergen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007757007, WKN:
775700, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on January 28,
2009  and now amount to 4.13% (this corresponds to 1238472 Voting Rights).

Explanation: 
This is a transaction in connection with Prof. Dr. Ing. W. Thum's
anticipated inheritance scheme.
