AS Norma has filed requests with the Labor Inspectorate in order to apply the collective termination of employment contracts with 52 employees, and part-time working to 589 employees in March. The termination of employment contracts and part-time working result from the Russian and Western-European clients' information to halt production temporarily in February and March 2009, which has been communicated to AS Norma. AS Norma shares the opinion of its clients that the production halt and volumes drop is temporary.
