Nectar Tells Nortel Customers to "Leave Their Gear Alone"

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 23, 2009) - Nectar Services Corp., an IP communications
services provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology Corp.
(OTCBB : JUMT ), today announced a unique campaign for Nortel customers. The
new program features a going-forward strategy to maximize existing Nortel
equipment while delivering telecommunications cost savings today.
The initiative, dubbed as the "anti-buy back program," leverages the Nectar
Enterprise Session Management (nectar/ESM) platform to breath life into
existing Nortel systems, deliver immediate cost savings and institute a
vendor agnostic transition strategy.
"There has been a tremendous amount of attention focused on the fate of
Nortel and their customers," said Joseph T. Fuccillo, Chief Technology
Officer for Nectar. "In response, manufacturers have launched incentives
to buy back and replace a customer's Nortel equipment. But for many

According to Fuccillo, Nortel customers are more likely to embrace a
strategy that incorporates their existing Nortel equipment.

Fuccillo noted that in this economy, the "rip and replace" mentality is

or replace older units that are working just fine. However, companies do
