Amagerbanken Aktieselskab's issue of senior bonds
On 10 February 2009, Amagerbanken Aktieselskab issued new senior capital in the
form of DKK-denominated floating-rate bonds. The issue had a nominal value of
DKK 850,000,000 and was acquired in advance by a small group of qualified
investors.
The bonds were issued at par and will be redeemed at par at maturity on 30
August 2010 unless they have been redeemed early.
The bonds will be admitted for trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S as from 26
February 2009. The bonds have the following ISIN: DK0030162185.

The bond issue was arranged by Nykredit Bank A/S.
