Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, 27 February 2009.
Today Mark Twaalfhoven, CEO of Teleplan International N.V. (Prime Standard,
ISIN: NL0000229458) informed the Supervisory Board that he decided not to
present himself for re-appointment as CEO during the upcoming AGM in May.
'The Company has made significant progress and it has been rewarding to
achieve a second year of profitability, whilst strengthening the company,
with good management and satisfied customers, as a global leader in After
Sales Services,' commented Mr. Twaalfhoven reflecting on the past four
years.

The Management Board, Mark Twaalfhoven as CEO and Gotthard Haug as CFO,
jointly achieved significant progress for the Company in the past years.
Strong revenue growth combined with a return to profitability in all
businesses has been achieved. A newly implemented Business Unit Structure
according to the customer's structure represented the foundation for
growth. Sustainable cost improvements based on the shift of production from
high to low cost countries were one of the drivers of the successful
restructuring which was finalized end of 2007 with a complete mid- to
long-term refinancing of the Group and repayment of debt ahead of schedule.

'After four years with the Company the next AGM seems like a natural break
to me. In this respect I have achieved my major goals with the Company and
I am looking forward to new challenges outside of Teleplan', Mark
Twaalfhoven described his experience within the company.

In order to ensure a smooth transition Mr. Twaalfhoven has accepted to
advise the Supervisory Board on special projects during 2009. 'Mr.
Twaalfhoven added tremendous industry know how and improved the Company's
performance very positively. The financial numbers for 2008 underpin this.
We regret that Mr. Twaalfhoven is looking for new challenges outside of the
Company. We wish him all the best for his future and thank him for the good
co-operation in the past years', expressed Adrian Schmassmann, Chairman of
the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board nominated Gotthard Haug as Interim CEO in addition to
his function as Group CFO until the upcoming AGM in May this year to
continue the successful management story.
