Ingen Moves Forward With Acquisition of Cyclonatix, Inc.


YUCAIPA, Calif., Feb. 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ITEC), a California-based medical device manufacturer, announced today that it has agreed to acquire Cyclonatix, Inc., a California corporation.

Cyclonatix Inc. manufactures clean and energy-saving electric motor systems for traction motors such as electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric motorcycle, light electric vehicles including golf cart, utility vehicle, NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle); and for water pump motors including pool/spa and solar water pumps; and for air-conditioning compressor, blower/fan, and air-compressor motors. In 2007 Cyclonatix commercialize the patented BLDC Motor Technology. The Company acquired the exclusive license rights from its sister company and patent holder, UMC (Ultimate Motroller Corporation).
