On Thursday, February 26th, 2009, Oxigene Inc. published that the company plans to report its full quarter and year-end 2008 results prior to or in conjunction with the filing of its Form 10-K, which it plans to file by March 31, 2009. This means that the company at the end of February 2009 have not published its report for the full year of 2008. According to the current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm a company have to publish their report of unaudited annual figures not later then two months from the expiry of the reporting period. Oxigene Inc. has therefore not complied with this rule.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided that the shares in Oxigene Inc. (ISIN code US6918281071 and order book ID 1033) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009.
