OMX List Index: Adjustment of OMXN40 due to rights issue in SEB (01/09)

Provided that the AGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will carry out an adjustment of OMXN40 index in accordance with the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMX Nordic All-Share, List, Sector and Tradable Indices” rule 5.3. 

The adjustment will lead to an increase in the number of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken ser. A shares in the OMXN40 index, according to the terms of the rights issue (11:5) SEK 10.  As from the Ex date March 9, 2009 new number of shares for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken ser. A (SE0000148884) in OMXN40 index will be 1 697 290 554.
