Harmonious AGM for schlott gruppe
- All items on the agenda adopted with overwhelming majority
- Shareholders authorise proposed dividend of EUR0.50 per share

Freudenstadt, March 4, 2009. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of schlott
gruppe AG for the 2007/8 financial year was con-ducted in a very harmonious
manner. The event staged in Freudenstadt on March 3, was attended by more
than 450 shareholders. Around 46 per cent of the company's share capital
was represented. Management reported in detail about the financial year
2007/8 and elaborated about the current very difficult market environment
and the risks resulting from that for schlott gruppe.
The actions of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were approved
with a very high majority vote. The other proposals put forward by the
management were also adopted on the basis of large majorities. There were
no counterproposals to the items on the agenda.
