L. Adam Winegard Joins Hill International as Vice President


MARLTON, N.J. and IRVINE, Calif., March 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that L. Adam Winegard has joined the firm as a Vice President with the company's Construction Claims Group. Winegard will be based out of Hill's Irvine, California office.

Winegard has more than 20 years of experience providing technical qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and analysis, management, marketing, business development and contract administration within the construction and insurance industries. Prior to joining Hill, Winegard was a Vice President with URS Corp. Prior to that, he was a Vice President with PinnacleOne. Winegard has a B.A. in Chinese regional and cultural studies from Dickinson College and an M.A. in international affairs from American University.
