Management changes at Cardo

Tomas Wängberg, Senior Vice President Wastewater Technology Solutions, is
leaving Cardo at his own request. Ulf Liljedahl, Cardos CFO and Executive Vice
President is taking over as acting head of the division. 

Wastewater Technology Solutions, with its brand ABS, is one of Europe's leading
suppliers of solutions for wastewater treatment and handling applications. Its
strategy of increased focus on complete solutions and service will be
maintained. 

Recruitment of a new head of division will begin shortly.
