In accordance with the resolution of the GE Money Bank shareholders meeting from 20 January 2009 AS GE Money Bank increases the equity capital by LVL 7 500 00.00 (seven million five hundred thousand lats), wherewith the equity capital is LVL 23 101 250.00 (twenty three million one hundred and one thousand two hundred fifty lats) comprised by 462025 shares with a nominal value LVL 50 (fifty lats) each share.
