NEW DIRECTOR SUPPLY CHAIN OF THE SECO TOOLS GROUP

Nils Edlund, 42 years old, has been appointed Senior Vice President Supply Chain
and member of the Group Executive Management of the Seco Tools Group as from 1
May 2009. Supply Chain includes the global functions for both production and
logistics.

Nils Edlund is currently Senior Vice President Logistics of the Seco Tools Group
and held during several years leading positions within production and logistics
in different industrial companies.

Lars Svensson, the present Director Production of the Seco Tools Group, leaves
at his own request to join the DIAB Group as Director Production.
