Mats Lindroth has been appointed new CFO in Duni and will replace Johan
Malmqvist during the month of April.

Mats Lindroth has been appointed new CFO in Duni and will replace Johan
Malmqvist during the month of April. Mats has been employed in Duni since 1990
and before that he worked at Swedish Match. Mats Lindroth has had several
international management positions, most of them related to finance and business
control. Presently Mats is a member of Duni Group management responsible for
Corporate Development. After the appointment the major part of the Corporate
Development functions will be organized under the CFO.
