SAS share now traded exclusive of rights

As previously announced, the extraordinary general meeting of SAS AB approved on
13 March 2009 the Board of Director's resolution on a rights issue of up to
2,303,000,000 shares at a subscription price of 2.63 SEK per share. Each share
held on the record date 18 March 2009 will entitle the holder to subscribe for
14 new shares. The SAS share is from and including 16 March 2009 traded
exclusive of the right to participate in the right issue.
