STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE March 19, 2009 8.45 am RESOLUTIONS BY THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF TAMFELT At the Annual General Meeting of Tamfelt Corp. held on March 18, 2009, the year-end accounts were reviewed and the Board members and the President were absolved from their liability for the fiscal year 2008. A dividend for 2008 of 0.16 euro per common share and of 0.18 euro per preferred share was decided upon as proposed by the Board of Directors. The dividend record date is March 23, 2009. The dividends will be paid on March 30, 2009. Mikael von Frenckell, M.Soc.Sc., commercial counsellor, Martin Lilius, M.Sc. (Eng.), Jouko Oksanen, M.Sc. (Econ.), Niklas Savander, M.Sc. (Eng.), M.Sc. (Econ.), and Carl-Magnus Cedercreutz, M.Sc. (Eng.), MBA were re-elected as ordinary members of the Board. Pasi Laine, M.Sc. (Eng.) and Christoph Vitzthum, M.Sc. (Econ.) were elected as new ordinary members of the Board. At the Board meeting following the Annual General Meeting Mikael von Frenckell was re-elected Chairman and Niklas Savander was re-elected Deputy Chairman of the Board. The Annual General Meeting decided that the remunerations are kept unchanged. Monthly remuneration to the Chairman of the Board will be 3,400 euro and the monthly remuneration to the Deputy Chairman and the members of the Board 1,700 euro. Meeting fee will be 800 euro to the Chairman and 600 euro to the members for each attendance. For the fiscal year 2009, Authorized Public Accountants Jari Paloniemi and Veikko Terho were reappointed as auditors. Authorized Public Accountant Jukka Lahdenpää and Authorized Public Accountants Company Moore Stephens Rewinet Oy Ab were reappointed as deputy auditors.
