Juhani Järvi to Metsä Tissue's Board of Directors

Juhani Järvi a new member to Metsä Tissue's Board of Directors 

In its meeting of 18 March, the Annual General Meeting of Metsä Tissue elected
as members of Metsä Tissue's Board of Directors Jozef Antošík (Vice Chairman),
Hannu Anttila, Martti Asunta, Kari Jordan (Chairman), Juhani Järvi, Tom
Liljeström, Tuomo Lähdesmäki and Antti Remes. 

Juhani Järvi, M.Sc. (Econ.) was elected as a new member of the Board. Järvi has
previously held various executive positions, including Deputy to the President
and CEO as well as CFO at Kesko, Finland's largest trading and retailing
company. Järvi will replace Veikko Kasurinen.
