Apex Investments SIA is calling a non-binding bondholder's meeting on Thursday, 9 April 2009 at 10:00 at Kronvalda 3. During the meeting, the issuer will discuss the latest terms and structure of the new issue with the bondholders. New bond purchase contracts will also be available for review at the meeting. The final date for these agreements to be signed is 27 April 2009. In addition, please note that Apex will be establishing a final coupon record date for the bonds. This will occur on Friday, 17 April 2009. Any bondholders not recorded on the approved list after that date will not be eligible for the final coupon payment.
