Heightened Competition and Soft Market Creating Greater Focus on Claims Performance

Over a three-day period insurance carrier executives, claims processing experts and consultants from both the automobile and workers' compensation insurance industries participated in presentations and panels discussions on issues of critical importance to the automotive and workers' compensation claims marketplace including:
