SAN DIEGO, April 13, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading national defense, IT and security solutions provider, today commented on the April 6, 2009 sentencing of Pamela Banks, the owner of Advance Technical Solutions and a former subcontractor to Kratos, to two years in federal prison.

Kratos has assisted law enforcement and the United States Attorney's Office in their investigation since learning of the matter in May 2008.
