NovaCast subsidiaries SwePart Verktyg and Camito receive order for a large
progressive tool from Finnveden Metal Structures in Olofström

SwePart Verktyg and Camito have received an order for a large progressive tool
from Finnveden Metal Structures. The order includes construction, production and
try-out. It also includes casting of traditional die shoes. “The order is
strategically important for deepening cooperation and strengthening
competitiveness for our customer with the unique complete concept that we offer
the market”, says Rolf Mastenstrand, CEO Camito.

The order includes completion of a progressive tool with a total weight of over
10 tonnes. Production of the complete die will be done by SwePart Verktyg and
CamitoTechnology Center, who will cast the die shoes. Delivery will take place
during the fall.

Finnveden Metal Structures produces products and components in steel, aluminium
and magnesium to the automotive sector and general industry.Their production
processes, pressing, die-casting and joining, are designed to ensure high
production efficiency, delivery precision and quality to their customers.
