IBS AB has applied for delisting from the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. This application has as announced today been approved and the last day of trading in the company’s shares is May 8th, 2009. The shares are then going to be traded on First North from May 11th, 2009. The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if the company applies for delisting.
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in IBS AB (ISIN code SE0000106759 and order book ID 910) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, April 20th 2009.
