Annual report 2008 and notice of ordinary general meeting

The annual report for PSI Group ASA is available in pdf-format at the
company's web site as well as at www.newsweb.no. The Norwegian annual
report will be sent to all shareholders at the latest on 24 April
2009. The English annual report will be available in electronic
format (PDF) at www.psi.no from the same date. Notice of the annual
general meeting and the annual report are also attached.

The ordinary general meeting of PSI Group ASA will be held on Friday
8 May 2009 at 09.00 at Thon Hotel Conference Vika Atrium,
Munkedamsveien 45 in Oslo (Norway). It follows shortly after the
company's 1st quarter presentation which will take place at 08.00 on
the same day and venue.

The annual general meeting will be opened by Chairman of the Board,
Leif Flemming Bakke. The following matters shall be dealt with:
1. Election of chairman of the meeting
2. Approval of the notice and the agenda
3. Election of at least one person to co-sign the minutes of the
meeting
4. Approval of the annual financial statements and the directors
report for the financial year 2008
5. Determination of remuneration of the board members
6. Approval of auditor's remuneration
7. Consideration of the board of directors' declaration on the fixing
of executive salaries and other executive remuneration according to
the Public Limited Liability Companies Act § 6-16 a
8. Election of board members
9. Authorisation to the board to increase share capital
10. Authorisation to the board to buy own shares
11. Amendments to Articles of Association
12. Reduction of the share premium account

registered addresses by the latest on 24 April 2009 together with the
annual report and the auditor's report as well as associated
